As we begin 2026, we want to thank you for your continued partnership and trust. This year promises new opportunities to strengthen resilience, enhance preparedness, and empower teams with the knowledge and support needed to protect the people and properties in their care.

Breathe Easier This Winter: Indoor Air Quality Control

People working at office building in London

With colder weather driving us indoors, indoor air quality becomes a critical component of facility health and occupant safety. Air quality issues often emerge after fire, water, or mold events. Even well-maintained buildings can be affected by poor ventilation or seasonal humidity changes.

In this month’s whitepaper, we break down the steps critical to understanding and improving indoor air quality. Download the whitepaper to help ensure your facilities remain safe, healthy, and compliant all winter long.

Case Study: Water Leak in a Multifamily Property

When a clean water line burst inside a multifamily community’s gym and lounge, ATI mobilized fast. Within an hour, our team was extracting water, setting containment, and stabilizing the building.

Safety and resident access were top priorities because the loss occurred in communal areas. We sealed off affected zones to improve drying and protect tenants and relocated gym equipment to keep it usable.

We salvaged many materials, including baseboards and specialty cabinetry. Where drywall and insulation were saturated, we performed strategic cuts to dry the structure efficiently while minimizing repair costs.

Within five days, we completed mitigation. The property avoided unnecessary demolition, reduced reconstruction costs, and maintained a positive resident experience throughout the process.

Inside the Heat: Live Burn Training Recap

We recently partnered with EFI Global, FRSTeam, and the Little York Fire Department to deliver an immersive live burn continuing education event for insurance adjusters and industry professionals.

The full-day program, hosted by the Little York Fire Department, combined a controlled live burn showcasing fire behavior plus hands-on instruction in damage patterns and post-event investigation steps.

A huge thank you to all attendees and partners who made this training memorable and safe.
