Chief Financial Officer

Mike Schantz serves as Chief Financial Officer of ATI Restoration, bringing more than 30 years of senior financial leadership across complex, multi-location organizations in hospitality, asset management, travel, healthcare services, and private equity–backed environments. He is a proven executive known for strengthening financial operations, guiding organizations through turnarounds, and partnering closely with operations to drive sustainable growth.

Throughout his career, Mike has led global finance teams, overseen mergers and acquisitions, implemented enterprise ERP systems, and delivered significant earnings improvements through disciplined financial planning and operational alignment. His experience spans both domestic and international operations, supporting organizations with diverse regulatory, currency, and operational requirements.

At ATI, Mike is focused on positioning finance as a strategic business partner—providing clarity, structure, and insight that enables teams to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients and partners.

Mike holds an MBA in Finance from the College of William & Mary and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Virginia Tech. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).
