Travis Bailey

Division Vice President, East

As Division Vice President of ATI’s East Division, Travis Bailey leads operations across 12 states and 28 offices throughout the Northeast and Southeast. He is responsible for advancing operational performance, financial results, and team development while ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience for clients across the division. Passionate about his team and the work they do, Travis is also known for serving customers with empathy, care, and compassion.

With more than two decades of experience in the restoration and construction industry, Travis began his career in 2002 with Carolina Restoration Services, where he worked his way up from field roles to Owner. Following the company’s merger with ATI Restoration in 2023, he joined ATI initially overseeing the Carolina region. As a result of his strong performance, his responsibilities quickly expanded to include the Southeast, and more recently, the Northeast, ultimately leading to his current role as Vice President of the East Division. His career has been defined by operational excellence, strategic growth, and a proven ability to build strong teams and scalable systems.

An expert in resource management, emergency response, and complex loss operations, Travis oversees tens of thousands of jobs annually and has extensive experience managing large-scale, high-stakes projects. He has led catastrophe response efforts for major storm events including Hurricanes Irma, Florence, and Helene, and has overseen complex mitigation and reconstruction work for clients across the commercial, healthcare, education, and hospitality sectors. His commitment to both excellence and empathy is reflected in the way he supports his teams and helps customers navigate some of their most challenging moments.
