Eric Gotham

Division Vice President, Central

As Division Vice President for ATI’s Central Division, Eric Gotham leads operations across a seven-state region, driving performance, consistency, and a high-quality client experience. He oversees regional teams and office operations with a focus on operational execution, team development, and sustainable growth.

Eric brings more than three decades of experience in the restoration and reconstruction industry, including over 25 years with ATI. He joined the company as a Project Estimator and has advanced through key leadership roles, including Regional Manager, Regional Director of the Southwest, and Vice President of Integration and Operations Compliance. In these roles, he helped establish best practices, led the integration of acquired companies, and built high-performing teams across the organization.

Throughout his career, Eric has led large-scale restoration and catastrophe response efforts, with deep expertise in complex loss management, cost estimating, and operational oversight. His experience spans residential, commercial, healthcare, hospitality, and education sectors, including early involvement supporting healthcare systems through ATI’s Health Science Services (HSS) team.

Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Business/Managerial Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and has earned multiple industry certifications from the IICRC and Xactimate.
