Matt Galyon

Division Vice President – West

As Division Vice President for ATI’s West Division, Matt Galyon leads operations across the Western half of the U.S., including the Pacific West and Mountain West regions. Overseeing more than 20 offices, he is responsible for driving operational performance, financial results, and team development while ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience for clients throughout the division. His current focus aligns with ATI’s transition to a four-division operating model, leveraging his high-level executive expertise to ensure readiness and execution in disaster recovery and reconstruction.

Matt brings a wealth of leadership experience to this role, having previously overseen critical national business functions such as Estimating, Operations, Supply Chain, and TPA. Upon joining the company in 2019, Matt’s responsibilities have expanded and evolved to fit key business needs. His tenure is defined by a proven ability to align internal processes and implement strategies that enhance service delivery and client satisfaction. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a strategic vision and operational discipline that has guided large-scale teams toward sustainable growth and excellence.

Before joining ATI, Matt held several leadership positions within the restoration and disaster recovery industry, including General Manager and Regional Manager. Known for a hands-on leadership approach grounded in accountability and collaboration, he empowers his teams to streamline workflows and exceed client expectations. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Northern Arizona University.
