Ryan Moore is Chief Customer Officer of ATI Restoration and a member of the Board of Directors. As a representative of the Moore family, ATI’s founding shareholders, he remains actively engaged in shaping the company’s strategy, leadership, and culture.

Dedicated to key client relationships, Ryan leads national accounts and enterprise growth initiatives. He focuses on building enduring partnerships, pursuing complex, large-scale opportunities, and ensuring the organization executes at a high level. He is equally committed to developing leaders, strengthening culture, and aligning teams around a shared standard of performance and accountability.

Over a 20+ year career, Ryan has helped build ATI into one of the largest restoration companies in the United States, operating more than 70 offices and completing over 50,000 jobs annually. He has been closely involved in the company’s growth through acquisitions and the integration of multiple businesses into a unified national platform.

Ryan began his career in the warehouse and has worked across operations, sales, and leadership. He has played a key role in shaping ATI CARES and ATI University, reinforcing a culture centered on service, development, and giving back.

He is actively involved in philanthropic efforts focused on children’s health and education, including serving on the board of Children’s Hospital of Orange County and the ASU Leadership Council. He was named EY Entrepreneur of the Year in 2023.
